Receiving Your Order

If there is visible damage to the packaging, customers should document the condition by taking photographs or videos before opening the package and, where possible, report the damage to the carrier at the time of delivery.
Any damage or delivery issue should be reported to Suplaindo Medical as soon as possible.
Returns
